Likely, the second volume pass will release content throughout its season as well. The HOT WHEELS™ – DC Super-Villains Racing Season will be available for purchase until: CET: 13 January 2022 at 6pm ET: 13 January 2022 at 12pm PT: 13 January 2022 at 9am This DLC is not included in any HOT WHEELS™ Pass This season may be dedicated to the Bad Guys, but it’s filled with good news! HOT WHEELS™ – DC Super-Villains Racing Season is now available! This DLC allows you to unlock all the premium items of the season and immediately get a fantastic reward: Deathstroke™! Make your way through thrilling levels and complete exciting challenges to get vehicles and exclusive customisations inspired by DC Comics’ most ruthless villains! Conquer the abnormal strength of Bane, the razor-sharp claws of The Cheetah™, the toxic charm of Poison Ivy™, the stamina of Black Manta™ and the killer-instinct of Deathstroke™. So while players may be frustrated that they don't have all the content now, they will be getting the content they paid for.

Maybe this will be rectified in the future, but for now, it’s just a nice bit of content to have in the game, but it’s nowhere near as good as it could have been in my opinion, and a lot of other players’.This season will be playable until: 18 January 2022. The game simply isn’t suited to the grind that most MMOs have with their season passes. It makes the game’s single player content feel better, and there’s a sense of progression as you work your way through. Pack all the rewards into bundles that are locked behind events and add to the main map. If I’m honest, that’s what I’d have liked from this season. The main campaign map also hasn’t been updated, meaning there’s no new single player content to tackle. It doesn’t have crazy multiplayer modes, just races for you to complete. Maybe that was the intention, but I’d like to think that Milestone had more on their minds when it comes to replayability than that. The challenges award a few hundred XP, but they last for a few races, and then you’re done. With over 50 levels, you need that number to be higher if you want to have a hope of getting through the content and earning all six cars in time. 1, 2 & 3 and Racing Season 1 & Expansion Set(s), are DLCs that.

This is a tiny amount that barely pushes up your progression in the season pass. The Hot Wheels Unleashed DLC packs available so far are: Hot Wheels Pass Vol.

The first thing that strikes me as off about this season is that you only get 10 XP for winning a race. There just isn’t anything that special about it all though. I think there’s something wrong with the progression system, and the rewards, while awesome, are almost guaranteed as long as you log on every day and do as many of the daily quests as you can. This cost is in line with what some other vehicles cost in the game. It’s okay as a season, but it doesn’t have the same draw that other games do with their seasons to bring me back. The DC Super-Villains Racing Season costs 5.99/4.99 to purchase from digital storefronts. I’ve been playing a decent amount of the DC Super-Villain Racing Season in Hot Wheels Unleashed. This season will be playable until AugPut yourself to the test with breathtaking new challenges in the HOT WHEELS Jurassic World Racing Season, available now.
